I completed Crackdown really quickly, but just seemed to keep playing it
Also Bully, but i suppose i didnt play it after i got 100% :/
the biggest for me has to be cod4. multiplayer never gets old. gta4 too. great single player and mulitplayer. and unlike other games, all the acheivements are fun.

200 pigeons is NOT fun.
For me its mostly racing games, as I can play them for ages, complete career, but still pick it up every once in a while and enjoy it again. PGR3, PGR4, TDU & DiRT.
Also Morrowind and Fallout (both on PC) are games I keep coming back to play. I've easily spent 200+ hours on Morrowind, and have completed Fallout atleast 5 times, and the sequel just as many if not more.
Oblivion. So much to do, so much to explore, so many quests. When I found out Oblivion was coming to the xbox 360, that was the stamp of approval I needed to go buy the xbox 360 (It wasn't announced for PS3 at the time and there was no way my PC handle this game).

Personally, I thought it sucked much like Halo3. Decent in their own right, and I don't knock people for liking it. But Resistance wasn't anything special to me, I didn't even get a single "Holy ****" moment out of the entire game. Too predictable.
I don't regret Bioshock, RE4, Gears of War, DMC4 and Warhawk(PS3)

For some reason, and I have no idea why, I compulsively play Mass Effect. I'd normally wait a good few months before replaying a game that long, yet I've gone back to beat the game a good 4 to 5 times so far.
The game that was better than Final Fantasy 7 and Chrono Cross, it was for the PS1 it was called Legend of the Dragoon i hav played that twice(It takes a good 150hrs to complete)
gta4,cod4,halo 3,crackdown,rbsv2 and possibly gears because i love the single player but the mutiplayers too hard for me, it takes longer than to kill chuck norris on acid.
I didn't regret buying Halo 3 because I feel as if i got my full moneys worth when i am still playing it with my freinds online and playing campagin from time to time even after 8 months.:D
GH 3. I don't own the game (waiting for price drop, near the $50-60 range) but whenever I'm at my friends house I always play it, but he never wants to play and for some reason wont let me borrow the game :(
