CoD 4, Gears, and Halo 3. I find that different difficuties are most fun on shooters for me. Other games are too long for that kind of frustration that often goes hand in hand with a game on the hardest difficulty.
For the 360 only Halo 3 and Bioshock and thats primarily from the fact I'm alot less into gaming this gen than previous. I tend to only beat a game once and put it down unless its multiplayer. On PS2 and PS1 nearly every game I owned I probably beat on the hardest difficulty. Now I just don't have the time or the interest.
halo 3, COD 4, and marvel ultimate alliance, but i dont have the acheivment for marvel because my save got deleted during that xbox live situation around christmas.
guitar hero 2 & 3 rock band (im stuck on foreplay on the drums on expert:( but ive beat the guitar on expert:) gears of war timeshift tomb raider legend & anniversary call of duty 4 (also made it to rank 55 in multiplayer) and battlefield bad company (also made it to rank 25 in multiplayer) i dont usually beat a game on the hardest difficulty unless you get an achievement out of it. i usually play on medium unless its too easy.
On the 360 it's been Mass Effect, Call of Duty 4, Halo 3, Bioshock, Gears of War, Crackdown, Eragon, Tomb Raider, Call of Duty 2, X-men, Prey, Guitar Hero 2, 3 & Aerosmith.
Halo 3(co-op), Gears of War(co-op), Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Shadow of the Colossus are really the only games that come to mind. In most cases I see little reason in beating a game on it's highest difficulty.
Bioshock, FEAR, Halo 3, CoD4, Vegas, Vegas 2, Condemned 2, GRAW, GRAW 2, Mass Effect, Crackdown, GH2, GH3, RB(vocals guitar), Gears of War and probably a few other games I don't remember.
uhh....i guess only halo 3...i dont really bother going through campaign on hardest difficulty unless i REALLY like it..or there is some cool reward...
as far as 360 games go which are the only ones i can name off the top of my head: COD2, COD4, Bioshock, Mass effect, Gears of war, Half life 2: ep 1 and 2, Army of two, Hitman blood money, Rainbow six vegas, splinter cell: DA, prey,
goldeneye perfect dark gta driver series, they dont have hard modes, but ya (the later 2 dont) timesplitters 1 timesplitters 3 some reason i never was able to do 2
