EVERY review said stranglehold it was a mediocre game. Learn how to read noob!!cowboywayne
That's a prettymean and ignorant statement. Just because EVERY review says something doesn't make it true. Some of my favorite games growing up are by no means considered classics or AAA games. Also, no need to star dropping the n-bomb.
Call of Duty 4 a little bit.
Story was fun at first and slowly become annoying.
Online is fun but you can only play it for an hour before you get bored and have to take a break and come back later.
But the online is still really great.
I just wish I hadn't payed $60 dollars for it.
for 360, probably Moto GP 06. Im a huge racing fan and a huge motorcycle fanatinc (hence the gamespot id) but I just couldnt get into it.
for PS3, probably resistance. It just didn't do anything for me
Halo 3 was def worth the $$$! Great game. I rarely buy disappointing game because I research them all before I buy. But I did have a disappointment with The Orange Box. Loved Portals, but could get into Half-life.cowboywayne
And I thought it was just me. I didn't plan on buying Orange Box at first, but then I read all the good things everyone said about it, so I bought it. I'm not downing the game in anyway, but it just wasn't for me. I like FPS's but this one just couldn't capture my interest. It just seemed a little too slow for me. Also, Halo 3 was definitely over-hyped. This game came from a companywho'sonly jobis to create another Halo game and this is what they came up with?It was too similar to Halo 2. Nothing really new in the game except for the scenery. A few new extra weapons and devices. I played it one time through and that was about it. GO RED RAIDERS!!!
SpiderMan 3- lol always loved the games but man i was pissed when i beat it in less than a week
Madden 08- didn't impress me 2 much like the last maddens i played forever n forever i played it for a day...n just play it online wit ma boy on/off
Halo 3-opps...*continues on*
Skate.- man it was fun n than it just got 2 hard to b fun anymore...was makin me angry more than excited...
Gears Of War- short campaign only good 4 co op for me...hated the online play...full of boosters and wasnt fun to me
whats with all the halo 3 hate? i still like it
i'd have to go with guild wars or final fantasy XI
if i had to choose a recent xbox 360 game i'd choose bioshock. great game but i played through it once and haven't touched it since (exept for the acheivments)
Umm... Gears of War, I like it the first time through, but playing a duck and cover game gets old fast.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, I still loved the game, but compared to the way they made Morrowind, it just wasn't as good. All the good stuff is pretty much given to you in Oblivion, that's the fun out of exploring to try to find the good stuff.
Bioshock just didn't really suck me in like i thought it would. In fact, I played it probably 3 hours all together, and really didnt enjoy it all that much. Which is wierd cause i loved System Shock 2 and Deus Ex which are all very similar.
And on a PC game note, Hellgate, but who didnt it dissapoint. I still love it, but it's all the bugs, im kinda laying it off till more patches. Though, with games like that, bugs are expected.

they had N bombs in perfect dark! whachu talkin bout!
lol..... =)
Quake 4 or JerichoFFACorpser
Also i agree.. Jericho annoyed me cause the story was not fleshed out well enough. Quake 4 fulfilled me but the framerate sucked was all.
