Ok, so I went to buy it, and I bought a new copy. However, the gamestop employee, got the game out of a sleeve and put in a an unsealed Mass Effect box. The disc looks fine and has all stickers on it(however they had been open so he could put the disc in). Should the box have been sealed?

A lot of Gamestops are managed differently. The Gamestop near me gives out a newly-sealed copy of games. The area where I moved from, those Gamestops would pull the CDs out of drawers near the registers and placed them in the case. That's why Gamestop gives you that short warranty for new games in case something happened to it during the purchase or shipment.

They did that with me before. It should be fine. I was actually happy when they did it for me because I bought FNR3 which comes in a "platinum hits" case (which are ugly as funk), but I got it in the normal case instead. hehe.

My copy was fresh and sealed, but one of the pages of the manual fell out after I looked through the manual a bit, I dont think it's anything though, because my girlfriend was looking through the manual before me and i'm assuming she ripped it out by accident and didnt want to say anything :)

You may have recieved a display copy if im not mistaken, because that's exactly what they do with display copies, they put the actual disk in a sleeve but leave the case on display in the store (To prevent game thefts) They the display copies last I think.

I think those are mostly "gutted" games. Meaning they took the new CD out of the box, put it in the sleeve, and put the box itself on display on the racks. Should be perfectly ok.
