I'm pretty sure they all do Credit Card/Debit card type deals. I take it you're not old enough for one? And better? I dunno, I hear alot of talk about how Gameznflix takes forever to get in games.
I personally have gamefly though, had them for like going on 2 years now. They are great IMO.

Well when you make a list of games you want at gameznflix they think that its funny to send you a random game instead of following which game you want the most (yes there cold blooded bastards). You have to wait about a week or more to get new releases. They dont have the biggest game library so dont expect them to have every 360 game in stock, also the conditions the games come in is questionable because if your unlucky like me they come in scratched up. Do your self a favor and do not even bother with gameznflix ignore their cheap prices and dvd rentals their service is trash. With gamefly you get the newest games the day they come out and you have the complete 360 library at the palms of your hands. They inspect every game before shipping it to make sure its not damaged and also if you like the game you can keep it for a low used price. The longer you are a member the more benefits you earn such as 5 gamefly dollars every 3 months and up to 10% off you purchases. My advice to you is if you happen to choose gamefly sign up for brightspot.tv to take off up to $10 dollars off your monthly bill.

I use numbthumb, because i got kicked out of gamefly for some reason when they did'nt get my games at all when i shipped them out. I love numbthumb, cheaper then gamefly and better in my opinion
gameznflix is pretty good to me, never had any problem getting the exact movie/game that isnext on my list. i pay only 15.99 a month and get movies/games at a time sure some games are not available right off the bat and occoasional it takes a bit longer but its better than gamefly were every time wanted to rent a gamethey all said short wait drove me crazy IMO gameznflix is muchbetter and cheaper plus movies,

here's my pros and cons of gamefly and gameznflix. gamefly pros: -wide selection -great service -queue works better -gets new games on time
cons: -cost alittle bit more -short wait can drive you nuts BUT their wide selection lets you have backup games
gameznflix pros: -cheaper
cons: -send you games that you dont have on your list -if a bar is full(tells you availability) it also means it's gone?!?!?!? its crazy -games dont work(this happened to me twice already) -selection sucks, i have a wider selection than they do.
go with gamefly cuz im going back to gamefly. right now i have to wait 9 days cuz i already got charged.
