I don't know how other people feel about this, but I'm trying to look into 2009 for gaming and I just don't see it being anywhere near as impressive as 08' and especially 07'. I mean, the only games that I've seen that could possibly suffice are Resident Evil 5 and maybe Assassins Creed 2, which are supposed to come out in the spring. I haven't really seen much else, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised, but i just don't think it's gonna happen.

Dude, are you serious? how the hell can you make a judgement like that. its not even january yet. There are dozens of awesome looking games coming out in '09, and the biggest thing ive learned about video games is that you cant go by reviews and previews. you have to play the game for yourself. Dont just look ahead at some screenshots and 3 minute trailers and be like "oh, this game doesnt look good."
I cant tell you how many times i read reviews of a game saying how awful or just plain mediocre it is, then i play it later on and its fantastic.
I dont know man. i just dont see the point of saying "well, ill try video games in 09, but i wont like them!" be positive!
