Gaming or girlfriend?

I've been with my girlfriend for over 5 years now and lucky for me shes a gamer too, but i had a friend who finshed with his missis because she hated him gaming!

So i ask you gamers out there what would you do if your girlfriend said "its me or the xbox...who you gonna pick?"

Ahhhh yes sex...problem with girlfriends are the longer your with them the more they tend to say no when you wont a snuggle lol so if you get rid of the chick keep your xbox and just go out and get laid in a pub each week lol mabye a few trips needed at the sex clinic though lol you never know whet you mite catch ;)

Gaming has ruined enough of my relationships. My girlfriend dumped me back in the Counter-Strike days because I wouldn't pay attention to her besides between rounds. I didn't even know I was dumped till she walked out the room and I stopped playing hours later.

After that WoW came and almost ruined it again for me with another girl, but I cut back and decided getting laid was more important than getting better epic gear.

Now I game barely at all. I miss it a lot, but my sex life has gotten a lot better because of it. Girls > Gaming. There's only so much pleasure you can get from on screen characters ;).

If your girlfriend is trying to change who you are, than she's not worth it. My girlfiend respects that I like gaming.

I have to admit its great that you all pick your girlfriend but your only picking your girlfriend because of sex! dosnt sound like it has anything else to do with love or company...

try taking sex out of it and then what would you pick?

Since I am a girl I know you have to balance gaming and a girlfriend or you end up with one or the other,,,,,,,,,,,

ive been with my girl for 3 years and nothing has changed. she knows that i play and she plays sometimes too.but i told her if we ever move in together that i am having a room for my stuff i.e. games, guitars etc

Dont get me wrong not all girls are evil but the ones i've known have been lol :)

But i'm saying all the lads who pick girls and saying that they pick girls just for the sex...now thats worse than just picking gameing lol

me too ive been with my girl alittle over 3 years and shes a gamer too. not to the extent that i am but we play games together she really likes the lego games. But i also get to do my gaming too with my fighting and action games.

as for "its me or the xbox...who you gonna pick?" if a girl doesnt understand that gaming is a part of my life and doesnt want to get used to it and wants to change me then id kick her ass to the curb. Thats what i am a gamer and im not changing it or giving it up to please someone. ive been gaming since i was like 5 and dont plan on stopping anytime soon

Its funny to say this because I'm a girl. But I say gaming. lol I mean don't have a girlfriend but if she puts you in a sticky situation then I think thats a sign that she can't accept who you are and what you like to do.

I'm with my girlfriend for almost 2 years now, and like I said, she doesn't like videogames, but she respects the fact that I do. I never deny her attention or anything, and I completly separate my gaming life from her, however, I always told her to respect the fact that I'm a hardcore gamer to my very heart, and I don't intend stop being one. It's like if I have traced a line, between my gaming habits and my relationship. I make sure my gaming habits never cross the line, and I tell her to never cross over on top of my habit as well. I won't change who I am, never, but I don't bother her, she doesn't bother me. Read my sig and you'll understand... lol i dont get it? why do you have to choose? i mean do you/any one game so much that they never see there GF? WTH would cause her to to be jealous to that degree? i say if you really like her and she likes you she wouldnt make you make that idiotic choice, thats insane on both sides!
