Gears 2 Worth it?

I plan on getting a new game soon. Almost everyone on my friends list has Gears of War 2 and plays the multiplayer.

But Is it really worth getting? I don't like the idea of waiting 5 mins to get to ONE match, and a glitch fest? If thats the case, i don't understand why so many people play it.

Yes it is worth it. In rare occasions it takes five minutes for a match but that doesn't happen hardly at all anymore. Even when it does you cancel the matchmaking at two minutes and when you restart you will find a match within seconds. As far as the glitching goes, it's not that bad. Some people do it but what I have learned is ways to get around it and defeat them. Plus, file complaints and leave negative feedback on the players that are doing it. If they get enough complaints they will be banned and the negative feedback will make your chances higher for not getting in a room with them again. The game is amazing both single and multiplayer, don't let minor issues ruin it.
