Gears 3 Carmine: live or die?

Now that the avatar shirts are out ( http://majornelson.com/archive/2010/07/29/will-carmine-live-or-die-his-fate-is-now-in-your-hands.aspx), which one would you support?

For me I would support him to live, cause this is the end of this Gears trilogy, and I'd rather have something different for a tasete, but thats just me

What kind of a question is that? Of course he/she has to die! Wouldn't be a Carmine if he/she wouldn't die. Here's a fun fact btw, In GoW Carmines first name started with the letter A. In GoW2 it started with the letter B so my guess is that in GoW3 it's gonna start with the letter C

Yes I have and I am sure most of us have realized that by now, their names are Anthony Carmine from Gears 1, Benjamin Carmine from Gears 2, and Clayton Carmine from Gears 3. And well Ive seen screenshot, and he look quite like a badass.

There supposed to be some T-Shirts coming out(2 Actually)that says:"Save Carmine" And "Carmine Must Die" for your avatar and for your own use.Anybody know when the Avatar shirts are supposed to be released in the Marketplace?

From what ive read in similuar topics since the announcement that we could cast are vote started,the majority of people (including myself)want him to live and i think Epic gambled on this making him look, as someone else put it "badass" and have already decided that he would live a long time ago, im no game designer but i wouldnt of thought they could do this so far into the game development, and lets face it weve only got Microsoft's and Epic's word that a thevotes count, what do you guys think ?

I'm going for Die, it's a tradition. Plus like I said in another thread if Clayton dies it opens up a whole Saving Private Carmine (Ryan) storyline for the 4th Gears.

Plus Cliffy B. wants him to die, so he's probably going to die. If not in the game in the credits or something.

It's Gears tradition for Carmine to die, but he looks so beast compared to his brothers. Either way I hope they don't tell us, and if he dies I hope it's really creative.

Hey, can't you see what a bad*** he is? He has "Grub Killer" written on his armor! See his tats!? The gattling gun!? The oldest brother, most experienced, most bad***, why would you want him to die!? My vote is for him to live! *thumbs up*

Gears 3 takes place 18 months after Gears 2, and Gears 2 takes place a little while after Gears 1, so Gears 3 = sequal to Gears 2.

Next time please do some kind of research before posting comments like that.

This Carmine looks too badass to die. I don't really care about the "tradition," but if they do decide to kill him off, I'd want him to die in some kind of heroic way. Not like "I bet I can do more squats than you!" and his head goes poof.
