After the supposed "Patch" has anyone gotten new problems that they have never seen in the game? One problem I caught is that now mortar is broken, I shot it and it came up in the air and came down on me. Or I charge it and it shoots out in front of me. Or that the time to rev a chainsaw is like less than a secong, I smoke some chainsawing BK and he get up instantly I shoot and he instantly turns around and carves me like a turkey. Anyone else getting problems like this and can share of any other problems?
I thought that the bulk of theproblems actually got better after the update, although there are still sometimes matches with so much lag that it's virtually impossible to play.
The game is acting up A LOT lately I still got like at least +10 a game but I have to over come a lot of laggy things that other games like CoD 4 does not have.
I really do feel bad for you Gears guys. I hate Gears so none of this effects me but you guys found afranchiseyou really liked and that damned company is screwing it up for all of you. I would **** and complain to them in their website forum and email them everyday. Also don't buy the DLCs, if no one bought any DLC they might better get off their collective ass and move to fix things a little more quickly.

I decided that instead of waiting for epic to fix the crap multiplayer, I would trade it in for a BETTER GAME. I got Skate 2 and Star Ocean: Last Hope. I am perfectly satisfied with that trade-off.
What Epic needs to do is have a dedicated server for Gears of War cause that would sole A Lot of problems, does Unreal have dedicated servers?ashyblackt
Nope, Gears 2 is 100% better except for the lag and the fact that when someone gets shot when they're revving they dont get stunned, but just keep on their way and chainsaw me. I thought that getting chainsaw stunned and stopping power was a supposedly "awesome" new feature of the multiplayer.
That's not ingame problems...Problems like that occur because of your network connection or what we like to call "lag" so don't blame it on the game or patches. I've played on bad connections before and it sounds like to me that you've got exactly what a bad connection provides!
The lag is what gets me the most; however, I pity anyone on the other team when I get host. It's so nice to lay waste to another team after all of those laggy matches
