gears of war 2 MP help!

i cant seem to get a MP game started i just got the game and im missing one of the map packs it seems like there not enuf players to make a full game anyone else got this problem? should i get the map pack to get more players?

The map pack isn't really making a difference. That's not the problem. It just takes a while to get into a game. Even if they patched it...To be honest dude, the online for this game is garbage.

Well, it takes a while, sometimes a long while, to get into games sometimes. But if you can't, at all, then it might be a NAT issue. You need an Open NAT for Gears 2 to work as well as it can.

Dude, how do you know I suck? Have you played with me? Didn't think so. But because I think a game is garbage because it's full of glitches and stupid players who abuse said glitches, I suck at it?

You're probably right. I just suck...it has nothing to do with people using the shield/shotty glitch, going invisible, kung fu flips, etc. You're right, I suck...

What they said. Plus the connection issues which I also have where it takes forever to join a game, despite getting a team together in a quick time. Game needs some serious patching before I can say the multiplayer is good. It sucks atm.
