gears of war 2 review

Just a week to go before its released, can't help but be jazzed.

This looks like it could be my favorite game ever.

A score of 9 out of 10 is very disappointing.

To be honest I havent really been following up the hype of this game due to Fallout 3 and Fable II.

Im guessing ill be alot more pleasantly surprised then when I play it :)

lol i know! my girlfriends brother was asking me what games i liked, i said gears of war and he responded "never heard of it"

yeah Last Remnant isn't even out yet. :P if he cant get into gears now it probably wont happen after last remnant IS out.

as for me.... kind of excited cuz i get to borrow my friends copy since he just sent his 360 for repair two days ago. i save $60 though. sweeeet!

they are probably just fanboys that dont like to see other games get praised if those games dont happen to be Gears 1 and 2.

It gets worse when a PS3 title is mentioned. :roll:

I think a 9 is a pretty good score for gears 2. Its not like it will be bad if it doesnt get 9.5-10 on every review.

my 360 stopped reading games yesterday.....I freaked out, because i am SO SO SO SO PUMPED for gears 2, I immediatly sent my box in for repairs(it wont get back in time) nbut I am paying my friend to borrow his 360 the week gears comes out until my box gets back. IF thats not hype and excitement I dont know what is.PyroPice

I have Gears but i bought The orange box at the sametime. I played TF2 for my multiplayer need and it took up most of my time. Now i'm currently trying to complete Tales of vesperia and Fallout 3 so i have no time to play Gears just yet. I'm not saying it's bad i played alittle and thought it was good but i just preferred TF2.
