gears of war or...?

this question is debating whether i should get gears of war or world of warcraft, and/or what you would get. i know world of warcraft is a PC game not a 360 game, but i didn't know what forum discussion to put it in. so even a bit of suggestions will be very much aprreciated.

Well, it depends if you like MMO's or Shooting games, personally I would go with Gears of War because it's hard to get bored of, because when you hit 70 in WoW you just have to start another character ALL over and it gets gay But that's my opinon.JJM32819

When you hit 70 in WOW the game is just beginning. Looks like someone hasn't played WOW. The game never ends.

WoW requires lots of hours of dedication in order to get anywhere in the game, not to mention it has it's own seperate pricey monthly fee.

And Gears of War is so low on content I can hardly reccomend it. I was able to beat single player in two hours and there only four multiplayer modes, three of them being slightly differing versions of death match. Not to mention the multiplayer is just broken as it is right now.

Just wait for Gears of War 2. It's to be a much, much better game. Don't worry, story wise you wont miss anything. You could sum the entire story for Gear in three sentences.

Personally, GoW. Solid single player or co-op plus multiplayer, and GoW2 coming out soon.

i say gears of war. I heard stories about it being really hard to quit playing WoW? idk it's kinda scary but whatever. I would get the best bang with my friends whenever i played it. You should either buy it or rent it and play the hell out of it since gears 2 is coming in november.
