With the worm, you have to shoot the pieces of fruit on the ceiling so the worm moves. There are a lot of parts in that particular section of the game. If you can be a bit more specific I can help you out if not go to GameFaqs.com
That's a pretty straight forward part of the game anyways if your at the part with the gas that kills you just look for the light green smoke and not the dark greenis black stuff.The light green will lead you out,this is the only part that i see thats possible to get stuck on in the worm.:S

im having trouble getting passed the giant monster in the water. i know you have to chainsaw the 3 legs or whatever they are but then when it comes up to eat my boat apart i cant get passed. im shooting inside of it and it still eats it apart. i know you have to shoot the eyes to open the mouth but i dont know what to do from there....can anyone help me?

If i recall right you need to get IN his mouth there were some thingies in his mouth like tonsils or something that you need to shoot

Then run to the end of the boat (That he just took a bite of) and u will be inside. Shoot the blue tentacle things as they flash and then after 3-4 of them lob a grenade into the 2nd mouth thing. Rinse and repeat.
