Gears or Cod 4???

Gears of War FTW

You know i am too thinking off going and getting Gears agian because mine broke about a year ago. It is such a fun game and I lost so many friends because i couldn't play with them anymore. I think im going to go buy it.

Anyways, if you play on LIVE, probably Call of Duty 4 as I believe it holds the number one spot for most played LIVE game unless it's on Halo 3's tail. If not, probably Gears of War since a second one will be coming soon so you will probably want to play through the single player to learn as much of the story as you can.

Sorry, I misread the post and thought you said you had not played them.

Anyways, if you have LIVE and you're missing Gears of War so much, why not just rent it and play it for a few days. Then you wont actually have to buy it, but you wont have the urge to play it anymore.

GO WITH COD4 you wont be sorry, plus the only ppl that play GOW online anymore are total jerks (i know some ppl aren't though but most are)

It is the number 4 ranked game weekly on the top 10 live games, that is not dead.

Perspmally Gears is the one ame I can always go back to no matter what, CoD4 is great to though.

Get COD4. That should keep you busy till GEars of War 2 comes out.

I couldn't agree more. If I ever get sick of playing a game (i.e. CoD4 or Halo 3), I know Gears will be there waiting for me, with fun and addicting gameplay (minus the lag/glitches).

While Both are overrated in some way.

COD 4 is fantastic, its just not that god among games its been made out to be.

Gears on the other hand was severly lacking in some areas. THe gameplay was fun and the MP was addicting. But the single player was average and a garbage story. COOP was fun though.

The MP was very limited and got extremley repetitive. On top of that its broken.

Personally I felt its the most overrated 360 game. Deserves AAA, but nothing more than a 9.0 really.

COD 4 on the other hand is an awesome game IMO.

Halo 3 is back at Number 1.

COD 4 became number 2.

And somebody else said Gears of War is at number 4.

It's kind of hard considering I own both games and I still play them alot.

I guess I'll go with Gears.
