Everything on your list is solid, and while I love Crackdown, its a fairly easy and short game. I would recommend renting it first to see how you like it. But the 2 games on your list I recommend the most are Saint's Row and Gears of War.

I have decided to wait on Crackdown until a price drop. I still want a army game. Which should I get CoD 2, CoD 3, or GRAW 2 ?

I would get CoD2 and GRAW2.... if you like CoD2, then continue the war with CoD3 in the future. Also don't forget about Mass Effect and Forza 2 in May (if that may affect your budget). And of course if you don't have Halo 2 for the original xbox... you can find it between $5-$10 and it will play on the 360 after an update and is as good as many $60 360 games.

Thanks, I almost forgot about Mass Effect OMG. Well, I wil getting CoD 2 because it is cheaper.
