Getting a 360, I Need games

Well I was hoping they might announce a price drop at this E3, but it is looking doubtful now that there press conference is done so I will now get one at regualr price.

I was wondering what games I should get.

I'll obvisouly get Halo 3 in September and when November comes around I want Assaisian's creed and Army of Two, but I don't know what to get between now and September 25th. I don't want Gears of War. I know you guys really like that game, but for some reason I didnt have fun. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestion for a game based off of my game likes and dislikes that you can recommend to me cause I haven't had the chance to play anyting else other than GOW.

Crackdown for 30 dollars (well thats how much I payed for it) not worth the full 60.Other good gamesare lost planet and viva pinata. Plus you might want to check out Bioshock.

personally i prefer Oblivion on the PC (doesn't look as good but meh).

Assassins Creed (u said assASIAN) looks like ist gunna be really fun.

OH I didn't see "It looks original" just the "I hate clones" part :P I was about to say WTF is it a clone of? LOL but in all honesty I REALLY hope that game turns out well.

I would recommend GRAW or GRAW2, TES: Oblivion, Rainbow Six: Vegas, and of course GTA4 in October.

I would recommend overlord as a refreshing change of game.

There's bunches of demos for these games on Marketplace, so I would say to check out the demos too. They at least give a broad view of the games. Looks like DiRT may be a good one for you?asubisub

Interesting choices for "the rest of your life." I'd have to disagree.

Anyway my sugesstion to you is don't buy a game right away. Take your 360 home and download a bunch of demos. Then you might have a clear cut of what game you want.

i'm getting a 360 on Tuesday. here are the titles which i really like...

already out:

gears of war, oblivion, dead rising, guitar hero 2, the darkness, colin mcrae dirt

out later:

skate, unreal tournament 3, resident evil 5, GTA4, PES 2008, call of duty 4, fable 2

well dude .. theres alot of good games but i will recommend some games in my list..

Better on 360? Really? Even at highest settings, modded textures and on a widescreen monitor? If that's true I might have to get it for 360 too, when the special edition comes out:P
