yes it dos, i have anelite, i had the three red rings as well, i got it working as i just unplugged it and restarted it. its just the same as the other xbox 360 just the colour and the 120gb hard drive.

don't worry you just need to take care of your 360 here are some tips:

1.don't play excessively like 24 7

2.don't put your 360 on carpet if not it will just over heat

3.and make sure you have it vertically so it can ventilate better

just give your 360 abreak once in a while

another tip, don't get cod4, it wrecked my xbox 360 and did the same with my m8s too.
