GH2 freezing problem... just me?

for some reason my xbox freezes nearly every time i try to play a song on quick game mode or whatever. it also freezes sometimes in career mode.

is this just me, or is the guitar heros fault and something that will be patched?

should i retrun it?

my GH2 doesnt freeze. it always loads in as a DVD. its weird.

Works fine on mine. Finished Medium today, unlocked Freebird and now playing on HardZemus

I would be willing to bet that it is just that copy of the game, but if not you need a new 360 because I haven't had any problems with it and it isn't exatly the type of game that should really stress the system to the point of freezing unless something is wrong.

reallly!!! damn!! i had a problem with gears i was exactly the same (load the disc and send you to a white screen) but i just returned the game and the problem was over  soo i hope is not a hardware problem.
