how can this decision be made? neither game is out yet (1 just got announced today for pete's sakes). Very little is actually known about features in Rock Back 2. I'd say this thread is about 4-5 months premature at least.
I think they made GH too hard now. I used to have alot of fun but with Gh3 I just struggled too much that it took the fun out of everything. And the boss battles were just stupid.
I'd say GH4, Just because of the new instruments. I already own Rock Band so I can just pick of the game for that since their just changing the same instruments to make them more durable and quieter...save some money. Really, it all comes down to what songs there ends up being on each. Personally, whichever one has some Kenny Rogers on it, will get my vote. He could be a boss, I guess. :|

Lol, yeah. I just hope Band World tour goes online because my brother plays occasionally and my mom does aswell so they just share an account when we do band world tour but 3 of my friends have it so online tour would be awesome. I might pick up GH4 for christmas, but it depends on the setlist.

gh4 for sure. It is more challenging and fun than rock band. also for those of you who said gh3 was too hard to enjoy you suck at the game and rb is in my op is for "Retarded B*****s"
After having bought both, and playing guitar extensively on both, I would have stuck with Rock Band 2 only. Guitar Hero made far too many annoying choices that make the gameplay experience annoying (such as having to play the bonus songs in career, poor multiplayer set up, and not being able to play as Hendrix all the time).
