I did the whole snipe to the head a few times and then when he got close just use your shotgun and either no look fire or aimm whatever it took only a few blasts and he was done
2. One of you have a torque bow with plenty of ammo and the other have a sniper rifle with plentyy of ammo.
3. Torque bow guy charges the bow in a blind fire and pops up to shoot RAAM. The explosion will drive the kyrll away. If you feel like it, switch to your other gun and put a few bullets in his while the kryll are away.
4. Sniper guy shot RAAM in the head with perfect reloads while his kryll are gone. If you land enough good hits you should kill him before he even gets close to you.
This can be accomplished solo, it's just much easier with a friend.
When you enter his car stay behind the wall directly in front of you, he'll be at the far end of the car. Snipe him in the face when the things fly away. Make sure to stay in the lighted areas behind the wall for the best protection. He'll slowely start making his way toward you and Dom will go out and fight him. Don't worry about Dom so much. When he gets to just on the other side of the wall stay down and move to the opposite end of it.
As he starts coming around to your side of the wall jump it and run directly down the middle to the same type of barracaid on the opposite end. It would be the one directly between you and the big gatlin gun thing. Jump the wall again, never run around the ends of them as it doesn't keep you in the light as much. Do the same thing you did on the other end which would be snipe him in the face until he gets to you and then run back and start it all over again.
With just a little practice he's not bad at all. This works but not on insane as he'll gun you down quickly. The key thing it took me a little while to realize is that it's another level where stepping out of the light will get you killed. The first 10 times I didn't even realize it was that dark as it didn't look to be on my screen.

Grenades will clear away the flying things for a better shot, but are not needed. The torque bow will do the same thing.
