Gun Nut x 2 (I would do intensive training, but the almost perfect perk at level 30 makes it useless. There's not very many good perks before level 4)

I have a character almost indentical to this at the moment, but I'm kind of bored so I think I'm going to delete him and make another one. Also I had no idea you could get wired reflexes as well as the plasma rifle for the replicated man quest, so I want to get that. Getting 100 in every skill and special stat shouldn't be a problem. My current guy is the same listed, except I don't have quantum chemist (I want to do it this time so I can make more nuka grenades) and I don't have 10 in every special stat (I have 100 in all the skills though)

Critique it, agree with it, do whatever. It's a pretty good set up.

you get wired reflexes for telling zimmerman who the android is and you get the gun for talking to the android and telling him who is really is
