Golden Hammerburst available at Best Buy?

I preordered LE of gears of war 2 at Best buy. If i go to the midnight launch, will i get a golden hammerburst? I heard this is a Gamestop only thing, but i was hoping it wasnt...?

The only way to obtain a Golden Lancer,is either by LE or unlocking it in the game.
