No where on that article does it say that MS and Nintendo settle their dispute over the game to allower XBLA or the VC to publish the game. Yes it shows screens but the game had already been made before it got canceled so this means nothing.....
i dont beleve that it will come to the 360 first, cause nintendo and microsoft talked about it and they said that it would be first be coming to the wii virtual consol.
