After seeing the live footage of Assassins Creed i have decided to get an Xbox 360.:D

I am wondering if you guys could recommend a few good titles preferably not shooters. But if its a really good shooter than let me know. Also i was wondering if their is any suspected price drops in the near future.

Rainbow Six: Vegas is a shooter but is such a great game, and it's not simply just a run and gun shooter.
Dead Rising, is so much fun to just pick up and play and has a great novelty value...I mean what other game can you run around for hours aimlessly slaughtering zombies?
Viva Pinata, looks very kiddy but once you pick it up it's hard top put it down, HIGHLY ADDICTIVE
Monster Madness, kinda a shooter but another great game to have just to play with friends...I think of it as a next-gen Zombiez Ate My Neighbors

Good 360 games that aren't shooters? You might have the wrong console if you don't like shooters, but I'll recomend Oblivion, sports games, and DiRT. Those are the only games without shooting or guns of some type that I have really enjoyed so far on the 360. Oh, and Guitar Hero 2, but if you are just amassing a collection of games for your new system, a $90 investment might not be the best thing for you.

Condemned.. you use melee for it you can use guns if you find one... it's a sweet horror game.
