good co-op games (not a FPS)

i'd like a RPG co-op.. (was just watching some oblivion vids, looks amazing, shame no multiplayer though)

i'm avoiding gears of war, since i just don't like the looks of it... if it's going to be a shooter i like it to be first person. and i'm waiting for battlefield bad company which will probaly be amazing. so thats an FPS game lined up for me.

so... any ideas? 2 player split screen action/RPG

Marvel Ultimate Alliance is a blast. Not sure if the co-op works over Live though. Wedge598

That's your best bet, its great fun in co-op and it does work over Xbox Live.
