IMO Crackdown is the best demo on live. Beyond that I would say Dirt, Tomb Raider Legend, NBA 2k7, Dead Rising, Just Cause, Fight Night, PGR3, Kameo, Lord of the Rings, Blacksite Area 51, MLB 2k7, Overlord, Splinter Cell offline, and Need for Speed Most Wanted are all extremely good demos.
