Good device or method for removing scratches on discs?

Hi, goodnight everyone. One of my games got scratched today and I'd like to remove them. Is there any product or method that you know works for doing this?

Silvo with a cotton ball is good.

You should try rubbing toothpaste on it then washing it off with water and drying it with a cloth. This worked when my GeoW2 disc got scratched
