I really like your answer. Those were some good choices. Now I have to decide which one to get first. I also added Test Drive Unlimited to my list. That looks like a good game also.
Saints row is alot of fun if you want a GTA game...(when GTA is just around the corner). Bioshock is extermly voilent and it is a tad creepy. Test Drive Ulimited is terrible, worst racing game alive. i guess its all in your mood when you go buy the game.

TDU was a great game. I used to play the hell out of it. I rarely play it anymore.
I can't believe Bioshock is down to $40 already. It's a steal at that price. Also, other great games under $40 include Tony Hawk's Project 8 (the best game in the series in a long time, a must for THPS fans), Saints Row (but lets not kid ourselves, GTAIV is out in 9 days and you're gonna want that instead), Oblivion (so far I'm not the hugest fan of the game but everyone loves it and it seems to be getting better as I play it more), and Kameo (great game but a bit short, probably best to rent it if you can).
BioShock, Dead Rising, Hitman: Blood Money, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Avoid Eternal Sonata at all costs. Don't be lured in. Frustratingly disappointing game.
