Good T - games?

I'm getting a 360 for my birthday on November 3rd. So, what are good T games and under? (Not aloud to get M.:( Gunna try and get Halo 3 though.;))

Oh man i kind of have the same problem but i got cod4 pretty easy and getting Halo 3 soon and probally gears or a newer game coming out! Anyway some good T games well....

Action/Adventure: Too human,Bully

Shooter: Graw, Battlefield Bad Company,

Racing: Grid, Dirt, PGR4, Stuntman, NFS

Sports: Skate, Madden, Ncaa 09, MLB2k8

RPG: Lost Odyssey

Top game i would recommend is probably any Guitar Hero game.

Look at all the games in my GamerBar in my signature (EXCEPT Madden 06... stay away from that.)

So basically GRAW 2/GRAW (the original is good or so I heard), Battlefield Bad Company, PGR3/4, Hexic comes with the system. If you get arcade games, make sure to get Geometry Wars Retro Evolved 2, which I will be getting soon.

Watch for Too Human, EGM said it should be good. Also, Oblivion actually got a rating change from T to M, try to use that to your advantage...

Halo 3 should be rated teen, I've seen other T rated games worse than that (but yea I know bungie had to keep all their games M for some reason)

The list goes on forever!:D I would say a ps3 has more good teen games that are exclusives than microsoft;)
