Gears of War: chainsaw, grenades blow enemies up and torns them to pieces, high caliber turrets pretty much rip apart everything in their way
Bioshock: setting a person on fire and seeing as their skin burns. Hitting a person repeatedly with a wrench seeing the difformities you're making in their skin, the sick ass sh** you see splicers doing to one another.
It's without a doubt, either FEAR or Dead Rising. Those games have blood and gore splattering on everything (especially FEAR...slowmo blood splatters, can't beat that)
I have to go with Dead Rising by a pretty healthy margin. Sure, in Gears of War you can Lancer-chainsaw someone to pieces, and you can bash people in the face in Condemned and Bioshock. You can chainsaw and bash people in Dead Rising as well. But in Dead Rising you can jam your hand into someone's stomach and rip out their entrails. Or you can twist their head clean off their shoulders, or chop them up with a lawn mower.
Your kidding right you need us to tell you the goriest game on 360. its so obvious that gears is the goriest. Fear is also gory but nothing like gears.

yup, sledgehammer to the head? bowling ball to the nuts? sliced in half by a hedge trimmer? scythe to the head? stab a showerhead into a zombie head and watch it run around showering everything with blood? Stab a arm into somebodies head? slice n dice with chainsaws? saw blade as a frisbee?
definately has to be dead rising. those were just some of the fun moments I had that made me go, "wow u can do that".

Commanding evil minions to maul, shoot, explode, and electrocute people , and having a curse that lets you spear an arm through a persons chest and eat their heart: Priceless.
Some things money can by, for everything else...well Mastercard wont be able to buy that crazy stuff.
Without a doubt my vote is with Dead Rising. Just grab the shower head, approach an unaware zombie, and the jam that thing into the forehead and watch the red rain fall!
For those who havent played Conan...Chopping peoples arms off, their heads off, or slicing them in half and half their entrails hanging out, all of it had me cracking up, couldnt stop laughing, chopping some more saps arms off, Hysterical. Dead rising is also another gory game, sledge hammer + Zombies head=great joy.
did u ever play dead space... that game rocked... there was actually guns to purposely delimb aliens... and fly through open space.... and just explode by getting hit by a comet....
Fallout 3 may not be the worst, but if you want all the gory games put this on your list. I shot someone outside SuperDuper Mart, a place with mutilated corpses hanging around, point blank with a shotgun. Head went flying 10 ft into the air. In slow motion. It followed the head from before it was removed until it hit the ground. Thank V.A.T.S.

Haha yeah and some of the boss battle deaths were pretty gory (Adam the clown)
Wolverine is the goriest I have seen lately. The trailers leave it out but you should give it a try...you can Cut people in two, tear away their arms etc...
