Got banned 2nd time for no reason

So here's my story. I put some bad stuff in my bio the first time, and I got banned for a week. Then I get back and see that everything says "Code of Conduct".So, to be safe I left it as that. Today I got an email banning me for the motto which got me banned for a week. Dumb! I got banned for having "Code of Conduct"?

And plus, Im trying to get the suspension lifted on the Xbox forums where little kids are pretending to be their mothers in order to get unbanned. People are also lying to get unbanned.

No , it was "Code of Conduct" not the offensive material which i got banned for the first time. And why would they ban me for code of conduct?

I dont know why i didnt just blank it. It's just glitch so im banned again and have longer suspension. This really sucks

You should have changed your motto. "Code of Conduct" was a very clear message Microsoft was trying to send you.
