You aren't supposed to send your wires or hard drive cuz you wont get any of it back. First time my xbox broke I sent them my hard drive, luckilyfor me they sent me a different hard drive.
How many times do we see them put in bold letters..DON'T SEND IN ANYTHING BUT THE CONSOLE, NO CORDS OR CONTROLLERS! There's always somebody that just does not follow directions..mind boggling. TC will have to contact Microsoft and hope they can remedy the situation without charging him something.yea they tell you not to send in anything except the console itself. Take out any disks, harddrives, wireless adapters and disconnect all cables. Anything sent in with the repair is gone forever.

My friend stupidly left his MW2 disc in the drive when he sent his in for repair. He received a seperate shipment after he got his console back that had his copy of MW2 in it so they might ship it back to you. They may be less inclined to do it if you gave them the power brick though as you probably already made them eat a larger shipping bill when you sent the console out.
clearly when the instructions said "only place console in box, nothing else" TC probably presumed they werent talking about him
you weren't supposed to send the wires in with it -__-
just call 1-800-4-my-xbox then ask them how to get them and tell them your whole story, although you will probly get charged
tell them to give it back to you! :POkay so I sent my 360 in for repair two Wenesday's ago (with the wires) and got it back today with no wires. Any idea what I can do?
