Got my 360 recently and i was... wondering

I saw a leaflet about insurance for the 360 and you have to pay 50 bucks for the contract. ( leaflet comes with console )

i wanted to know if there is a line i can call or any other option for repairing my 360 ( incase something happens, like red rings of death .. )

because my parents are saving money for a new house, so i dont want to pay money

I live in the UK by the way ( London city to be exact.)

So id appreciate some help on what to do if it breaks!

If your XBOX is new, you have a 3 year warranty on it. If anything goes wrong with it, Microsoft will fix it or send you a new one free of charge. They even pay for shipping. The number is 1-800-4-MY-XBOX.
