G.o.t.y. Call of Duty 4.

They announced it as Super Mario Galaxy. That game only had 14% of the voting.

What is the point of having a poll to see what will get the most votes (Call of Duty 4) when all they're going to do is name something else. That's just ridiculous. I officially hate gamespot now. They hold a poll where out of 10 games, the best (Call of Duty 4)gets more than a quarter of the votes, and they still don't give it the award.

I think the point of the poll was just to get the readers' opinions. It had nothing to do with the site's official selection for GOTY.
