GOW Annex Kills?

hey, this question was probably already asked, but I havent had a computer lately, so heres the question.

Do the kills that you get on Annex count toward the seriously achievement, and if not, why???

I have about 6,500 kills on warzone, and just got around 300 kills on Annex, but a friend just told me they dont count toward the achievement.

Seriously is the only achievement i need, and getting a kill a minute + respawns on Annex would really speed up the process.

i can only think because of this, when you die on annex you respawn,and you get all the kills you made at the end of the match, so in a normal match if u get 4 kills they count at the end, but annex they dont because the other person isnt dead, thats my theory behind it, but the truth is, you could set a 19 round max points game, and get 100s or 1000s of kills in 1 game, and epic didnt want that, it sucks because theres no point in playing it on ranked at all.
