Grand Theft Auto 4 Australia Version

Ok, so my mom won't let me get GTA 4 because of the prostitutes and stuff. I heard that the Australian Version of the game cuts out all sex, and I'd like to ask youAustralians:

Is all the sex cut out?

Can I play an Australian game on a American 360?

Where could I import the game from (what website)?

From what I understand the only thing the Australian version cuts out this time is a single cutscene, everything else remains. I believe San Andreas is the one they cut out the prositutes for the Australian version, but this time around they didn't have to for some reason or another. .....
