Hey why has the xbox 360 been out for over a year and they still haven't done a grand theft auto

I know there is grand theft auto coming out in november.

why is it takeing so long

is the graphics gonna be amazing or something

Exactly, you should already know this. Also you must note that they are not only working on the Xbox 360 version.

No, YOUR wrong. they said that this is the engine that will be used for GTA IV. I would find a link, but it was said a while ago. Im to lazy to look for it.

Guys! They should have made the Grand Theft Auto 4 a launch title only on the Xbox 360! And then make one for the PS3 that totally sucked and had bad graphics! /stupidest thing I've ever said.

Like everyone else said, and I'll reitterate, it takes time to make a sandbox type game. Plus Rockstar is implementing the all new Eurphoria engine made by Naturalmotion. It really is amazing, and I bet it takes time to implement such a demanding engine. Go do some research before looking like an idiot on these forums

It's a 10 year old. A good game can take year to make and consider it's on a next gen console, this isn't helping them develope it faster

because it takes alot of time to make games now, just like how movies often take 2-4 years video games are getting so in depth that its begining to take just about the same amount of time as making a movie.
