Or, people can stop being so damn impatient and wait for it to come out. Its only like 4 days away. And one more thing. How is it fake because the case is 360 and the disc is PS3? If you look closely at the case, you can see that the wrapper is still on there.

I agree, the game shipped a few days ago and I'm sure some people have ways of getting their hands on it early. People sell new games early all the time so why not this one? That case looks really cool too.
