Whats up with all the GRAWF2 threads and polls and hype and confussion?.Its the same type game as the first one. If you liked the first one, you will like the 2nd one. If you didnt like the first one...you wont like this new one. Its simple.
People tend to get all tore up and nutty when a game comes out. Now off to read the other 1000 GRAWF2 threads.
It's not the same, if it was the same it wouldn't have anything new, which it does. I like the first game this one improves signifigantly on it, so I will definitely buy it.

Yeah i thought they have improved the game alot... especailly the online portion.... the multiplayer has MUCH better graphics then the first one did....
its a sequel... new weapons, new effects, new terrain, new campaign, new multiplayer, new support options... what more do you want? if you don't want it, nobody is forcing you to buy it (which you will anyway). I have played both demos and I think it is an awesome improvement on the 1st GRAW. The only thing I wish is that the terrorists went south of Mexico City into the jungles of Central America instead of north to the US of crapola.
i havent dl'ed the demo yet but can someone tell me if the MP servers are better? i.e. not waiting 15 minutes only to get disconnected, etc. a big part of me wants to buy this game, but a bigger part is scarred from GRAW's nightmare server system. im not worried about single player or even co-op for that matter, its just MP was so incomplete and a could have been so much more.

How about improved gameplay, maybe a cover system in multiplayer and a better one in single... Gears and R6 did a better job with theirs. New effects like tree shadows moving in the wind aren't that important. New campaign but it plays the same, new levels but same style... boring. New MP could have been done with DLC along with new weapons. What more do we want, use your imagination... better movement, gameplay and level design. This game is NOT like a sequal... it's a add-on just like GR2: SS was an add-on to GR2 and those games were more fun.
i liked the demo and the online demo was REALLY fun. i love the co-op campaign. i'll probably be playing that alot and single player. i had GRAW 1 but it didnt impress me much. this game looks somewhat better than GRAW 1 cuz some people think this is the same as GRAW
I think that AI in the first one sucked.... especially for your teammates.. also the enemy AI would know where you are even if its at night and you had a gun with a silencer which really takes out the stealth part of the game...
I'm hoping the AI in the 2nd is better than the first one
