I just got my 360 back after 3 months of it being in the shop. I picked up GRAW 2 last night and was wondering if it was worth it to trade in Gears to get Vegas.
Looking for some of your opinions

Why would you want to trade in gears? Just go out and buy vegas how can you not have enough money to buy it.joecool_666Maybe he's a kid, or various other reasons. From your reply I think I can safely say, you're either a spoilt little rich kid, or an adult with a good job. I'm going with the first, just on your attitude. GTFO. To the OP, if you've completed it on insane ect, then yeah.
Vegas is way more tatical than GOW. If you are selling GOW for the sake of not having two tatical shooters...sorry but you are getting Vegas for the wrong reason. Vegas is a great, fun, and though game to beat on realistic mode. I'm going thru the joy at the moment..
I've only played the demo(s) of R6:V, but I can safely say that you will likely regret selling Gears for it.--Magnum91--
How can you judge a game on a demo?? Please tell me..

Isn't the whole idea behind the demo to let the player get a feel for the game? Obviously I haven't played the whole thing, but from what I played, it just felt too much like G.R.A.W. to justify the 60 dollars.[QUOTE="dreamscott"][QUOTE="--Magnum91--"]I've only played the demo(s) of R6:V, but I can safely say that you will likely regret selling Gears for it.--Magnum91--

I played the Vegas demo and I just thought it was OK. I eventually got the real game and it was really amazing. There are a lot of options and maps and game types that are NOT in the demo.

Fair enough. The full game does has more content than the demo, but the cover system, squad tactics, and even the gunplay seemed just like G.R.A.W.'s. My opinion (just my opinion) is that it's too similar to G.R.A.W. to warrant a purchase if he already has G.R.A.W. If you just can't get enough of that tactical, Tom Clancy category of game that they both fall into, then go ahead and get R6:V. If you want something different, get Gears. GoW and GRAW complement each other very well, IMO.[QUOTE="dreamscott"][QUOTE="--Magnum91--"][QUOTE="dreamscott"][QUOTE="--Magnum91--"]I've only played the demo(s) of R6:V, but I can safely say that you will likely regret selling Gears for it.--Magnum91--

OT- Definetly trade Gears for Vegas if you want a great Multiplayer game.and i think veagas is better than GRAW2 Rossdaboss777
