Great 360 exclusives in the future

I was thinking about it, and there aren't so many, as to say wow! Just Gears of War 2 and Ninja Gaiden... Halo is over...

Can you think of any, GREAT not just good games, exclusive for the 360?

I don't see many AAA XBox exclusives in the near future, unless you count Too Human.

Left 4 Dead looks like a winner, too, but it's also coming out for PC.
