although i have mile high club done (did it before starting veteran) i have to say that the other points in the game were highly highly flustrating like "no fighting in war room" and " one shot one kill"... so its the achievement for completing verteran for me...

true but i found no fighting in the war room rather easy on veteran but one shot one kill really got on my nerves and nearly broke my leg in fustration

Raam was easy, you just had to grenade tag him.
For me it was probably one shot one kill, but I still haven't gotten the one for the level where you have to go up the hill then go back down to the chopper.
Well, I have Seriously... and the full 1000G for Call Of Duty 4 but Im prolly more proud of my Criterion Elite achievement which is 100% everything in Burnout Paradise. Have the Gold and Platinum cars as well.
But this will all change when I beat Ninja Gaiden II on Master Ninja. After that, I wouldnt care if I never got another achievement 8)
well im not too impressed by anything ive done yet. maybe all platnium medals in pgr3 but i was going to try to get brass balls in bioshock and beat mass effect on insane, i just havent go around to it yet
Mile High Club, or complete all 50 levels on N+, which I thought was hard as hell.
Like another poster said if I ever decided to go after Master Ninja that would be the big one, but I don't think I feel like doing it. Too frustrating.
im doing the 100% gta IV achievemet also. i have 68 flying rats left, all the jumps, qubed which i find very hard cuz im slightly color blind and just a few random character missions :D

Meh, that achievment isn't really that hard to do, the one free bullet achievement is harder then that. Little rocket man is easy just as long as you know where you can leave him behind and if you stick him the back window of the car and dont drive like a maniac.
bleh .. i'm stuck on "no fightning in the war room" and it's freaking me out big time, one of the thing (atleast with the 360 version) is that you doesn't always get a checkpoint. I'm seriously run straight past 2 checkpoint alot of times without anyting happening, seems like after alot of tries i've gotten them lol..

Mile High Club, man now that is an achievement not those "collect all of this bull s***" almost every game seems to have. but no fight in the war room was just as hard. you might as well start over if they dont give you a check point
Beating GH3 on hard. I can play on expert, except for a few songs, but that boss battle on hard..i just couldnt do it. Took me atleast 30 attempts. That and beating all the races in Forza 2, even the endurance races. Which all together was atleast 100 hours of play time.

That' s my hardest achievment so far. I have the 1000G in COD4, but I had to play that f***ing level over a hundred times. I think it's really hard because of theone minute factor, so you must do everything close to perfect.
Biggest dissaponitment: I had already passed that mission in Hardened, and I shot the final guy on the leg so that he released the hostage, then I had a clear shot. I did the same thing in Veteran the first time I got there (after about 50 tries) and got the message: true veterans only shoot to the head. Game over...
I heard somewhere that in Dead or Alive Xtreme Volleyball 2 or something there is a SUPER hard achievement to unlock that is nearly impossible. Can't remember what it exactly is.

You only get the checkpoint if you still have enough time left to finish the level from that spot. Otherwise you would keep respawning in an impossible situation.
i do not have it yet, but i am working on it. trying to get the seriously... achievement on gears of war (10000 kills online). that for me would be the hardest one yet! :P
If I believe an Achievement is insanely stupid to get (i.e. Little Rocket Man) becasue it doesn't really affect the game at all, I just plain old won't do it. I am proud of my 1250 gamerscore in Oblivion, 1000 in Call of Duty 2, getting Completionist in Mass Effect, and for some reason I want to get all the ally Achievements in Mass Effect. (I only have Liara and Kaiden left)
