I'm betting on 9.2-9.5 range. If it gets over 9.5 that would be incredibly.

they had two choices... make the map massive with less detail or make the map a little smaller with a alot of detail. the chose the second one, they have took out flying planes cause of  the massive city

Wow, if you people read anything the guy who got a look at the game said they're easily some of the best he's seen, and they're still working on them. The only reason previous GTAs didnt look up to par is because of the framerate, now with the power of the 360/PS3 they can really start to innovate in the graphics department.

Didn't THPS3 or something get a 10? And like one or two other games? 0.o

As far as GTA 4 getting a 10, noo... Maybe a high 9, but not 10. I bet the reviewer won't like the fact there is not jetpacks or airplanes or something stupid.... But then again the game could suck 0.o We haven't seen it in action yet... Can't wait tho, idc what the score is, I'm getting it.

Not in a million years. No game will ever get a perfect 10, nor does any game deserve it. These nerds are just so sentimental that they dole out 10's to every Ocarina of Time and Chrono Cross they can find.monco59

I have given games 10s before, but that's out of sentimental value more than it actually being a game worthy of an actual 10.  Even so, I don't give a game a 10 unless I can play it 5 years later and love it as much as I did the first time I picked it up. 

No it will never recieve a perfect 10 in todays standards....... only 4 games has ever gotten a perfect 10, chorno cross on PS, Soul calibour on DC, Zelda oricanna of time on n64 and that Tony hawk 3 game.

Those games are like years and years ago, most recent one is Tony hawk and even that was like in 2001

I bought my xbox 360 today (very good I might add) from EB games and the lady said that gta 4 is going to be hugly online, dont know if this is true but thought id say it.DriftMax

An online portion is a given, don't know about it's scope and size though. SR was kind of a letdown in that department.

I can reverse the question. Did you even see the trailer? The car and character models were just high resolution models from GTAIII. It didn't look good at all.

However, Gamespot gave San Andreas a 9 or 10 in graphics when it first came out (while that game looked hideous) so it might get a high score. But if it looks like it did in the trailer then it's definitely not deserved.
