Ha ha haa! They'd never do Europe, or France as that pic better suggests. No one wants to play GTA in France lol. They'll do vice city, san andreas (unlikely) or London IMO. They always come back to done cities for second helpings.

I can definitely see a GTA taking place in France. Does the info in the video actually mean anything? Probably not.
GTA would actually be awesome in France. There's tons of crime-movies that take place in France, and think of all the villians you could create with French-accents.
every time a new gta is on the horizon everyone always wishes and assumes it will be in those two places, it'd be nice but IT WONT not at least for awhile.
rockstar will either do vice or san andreas bigger world different story (remixed like GTA IV - lib city) or might not even be that altogether just something completly new that we least expect.
what would be nice though if they made it like san an vice and lib city all in one story and just end it and start new from there, that would be cool if you could fly to a diff city but that would mean large means of disk space but yeah i know wont happen.
