GTA IV Achievements

List the possible GTA IV achievements here...

I'll start: 100% Completion - 100G

- 500 kills with a pistol.

- 500 kills with a smg.

- 500 kills with a shotgun.

- 500 kills with a rifle.

Make sweet love to 100 hookers...10 G

Run over 100 pedestrians...10 G

kill 100 cops and get Di*do with 100 gamerpoints.

Drop down 10 police helicopters = 100p

Kill your own family = 100p

Remember cat = 100p

Kill 5000 innocent people = 500p

- 500 kills with a pistol.

- 500 kills with a smg.

- 500 kills with a shotgun.

- 500 kills with a rifle.

Yeah and if the weapons are similar to previous games then there will be dozens of weapons...

Same... I hated getting 500 agility orbs / 200 hidden orbs in crackdown.. that burned me out... I will still get them though because I am an achievement whore...

Take control of the downtown area - 30GS

Jump 200m - 20GS

Use a parachute - 10GS

Own all properties - 30GS

Find all cars on a secret list with some really obscure ones - 30GS

Find all hidden packages - 30GS

find 50 hidden packages- 10

find all 100 hidden packages- 20

kill 1000 police officers- 50

keep 5 stars for 10 mins and live- 50

Dude if the GTA4 online achievements are anything like saints row then I will not buy this game... I have all the achievements in the single players of saints row and I could never get 1k simply because true skill achievements are the worst idea ever in the history of all things ever...!!!!

Oh im sorry, yeah, killing 50 pimps and getting 50 headshots where waaaaaay too hard achievements for some, thats why achievements exist, to award you for being good in a game.

I have all of those... I said the only achievements I never got in Saints Row were the trueskill leaderboards... those have nothing to do with skill because I am ranked in the top 500 for money earned with over $200,000 and I have over 20,000 ptp kills and 3,700 pimp kills... you want to blab about how good you are at games then go somewhere else... I said if they have any trueskill leaderboards it will be a big mistake because trueskill doesn't look at how long you have played or how well you have played... it looks at how you average out... so if you play 1 game... and you do good and never play again... you are ranked number 1 forever like all the idiots on saints row...

And look at my games... you talk a lot of stuff for someone who didn't even look at my games played... my gamertag is in my sig... every single game I have is a good game that I played thoroughly and beat... I have never played any of those achievement games like avatar or king kong or TMNT...

Umm you got a point, i didnt remembered those trueskill achievements, but they were only 3 or 4, thats no big deal, the ammount of fun you get playing a game like Saints row is what matters, playing with a gang was really cool.

And yeah you have 20000 Gpoints but who cares, do you get something for it? your score is nothing! compared to other players, for example, i have a friend with 130000 gamerpoints, you know what he got for it? a crappy job in EGm here in Mexico.

Chill out man, achievements are just bonus and they shouldnt stop you from buying great games, i love Saints row, F.E.A.R and Call of duty 4, and i just have like 500 points on each one, but ive played them for numerous hours.

Meh, I don't think Rockstar is that dumb... its "Bad" enough that it lets you kill cops(according to jack thompson and others,) I don't think they would award you for it in such a public way. It would just give them one more way to sue rockstar.

Rockstar has a restraining order that prevents Jack Thompson from doing anything to them... I hope he complains about something and trys to take R* to court... I want to either see him bankrupt... or in prison... either is fine with me...

Complete all Vigilante missions - 30G? I don't know how much I'd give for that.

Complete story (co-op or single player) - 75G

I hope they go the same way CoD4 went and keep all the achievements offline. Not a big fan of online achievements, you end up playing for hours and getting thoroughly p155ed off just to get like 20G or something.cheames748

I agree (especially b/c i don't have XBL atm). If some of the games I had did not need online achivements I would have 1000 GS in them.

finish first set of missions 20g

finish second set 20g

so on..

get in a fist fight with 100 people 5 g

run 1000 miles on foot 5 g

hot wire 10 cars without being caught 10 g

unlock second city 50g

so on

find more than the reguired info on a hit 5g

make 100 phone calls 5g

rank 1st place on an online ranked matched 20g

total so far 270g
