Rockstar is releasing downloadable content for GTA IV this fall! What the content actually is, is under wraps. Though there has been talk about new vehicles, weapons, planes, and even possibly a new city! (anyone else thinking Vice City?)
I kind of doubt that they would release a new city but I could see new cars, weapons, and the addition if planes sence you can't actually fly them in the game. One weapon I would want would be one that was in San Andreas, the little explosives that when you though them they stick to people and cars and then you can remote detonate them.
Why would they release another city therefore killing chances of adding that city later?
It doesn't make any sense to offer a watered down downloadable city for one game then release a full functioning city available for all platforms later on.
you might see a new island though. but to expect a full new map like on the scale of vice city is probally not going to happen. but they might add another island to the map u never know. but thats going to be as close as u get to a new city if u search about for gta iv xbox 360 dlc on google it comes up with a lot of pages saying its expected to be delayed till next year or late this year at best.

viral marketing announced it would be san andreas if you beat gta 4 and go onto rockstar social club youll find a plane ticket for niko from liberty city to san andreas
i once read something before cant remember where but R* said it will have more missions added to the story and new vehicles and weapons as for a new map or new island they havent mentioned yet
Some new weapons would be cool but once again you'll need them as a cheat cause im sure the cant update the weapons store that much.
cars! they should just add some weird sort of cars like trucks which can have tankers on the back of them and yeah that would be fun
i know dam well everyone would loveeeeee to see parachutes but im not sure if they can be bothered adding them.
im sorry but theres like no ambulance mission or fire engine missions like the cops missions and the cap missions are ok but i wanna be in a cab and get guys off the street jumping in the back and then me driving like a pysco to scare them.
misssssiooonnnsss what happened to the weird missions where for example you had a guy strapped to the front of your car and you have to scare him till he tells you stuff. We need more missions like that!!!
replay value. i need a little bit more of a sandbox feel to the game like the last ones because before i had awesome fun getting in a jet and flying across the city making close encounters with skyscrapers and stuff. please i want more of that.
