GTA IV - Game completed only 98.75% done, how do I know what i have missed?

Hi. Just comppleted all the game doing all the side missions and I even used the checklist herehttp://www.gta4.tv/100percent.php but I am missing something. Is there any way to find out what I have missed?

it says:

missions passed 94

missions failed 14

replay used 11

but sometimes I would just reload and old save instead of using the reload.

all the mission progress are 100%

I am uncertain about the races for brucie. I got the achievement but I read you have to do them all 3 times, is that true? Maybe thats where i am missing out? Some I have only done once.

Vigalante levels done: 20

most wanted: 30

pigeons: 200

drug packages delivered: 10

number of exotic exportsL 10

cars sold to stevie: 30

random characters met: 14

I have got all the achievements needed for all the side missions.

I'm not sure what counts for the random characters you meet, since some of them are potential targets in other missions. If there is a % for seeing and doing their missions what happens if you chose to kill them during an earlier mission?

As for Brucie's races you get the full % from just doing each race once (9 races). The only reason you have to continue and redo some of them is to get the 20 races achievement.

And to people saying only 98.75% - it would be annoying if you are going for 100% and can't track down what you missed.

For the ones that can be killed in other missions, they don't count towards the 100%. I killed all the people I had the choice too (because I am evil :D ), but I still got 100%.

This definitely sounds like a case of not completing the random characters missions. You meet them for the achievement, but you need to meet up with a few of them two or three times to get the full percentage from them.

With the random people can you still meet more after the achievement? Also do I have to go back to a previous save before the finish or can I still get the remaining % after the game has been completed?

You only need to do each of hte possible races once.

You need to complete all the random friend missions except the possible friends that can be killed.

You also need ot take out brucie, little jacob, and packie to all availiable activities listed under them in the phone.(drinking bowling etc)

do those and im sure youll have 100%

also, you need ot beat hte high score in cubed.

Yes, the achievement is for meeting them, but some of them will still appear for more missions, even if you have met all of them. You can do it after completing the story, I did.
