the plan is to confirm is they are real or not. theres some evidence on youtube and some fakes. no one knows if its real or not... people claim to have seen them but no evidence. heres a little myth for you to study yourself go to the abandoned sprunk factory on the 3rd island ( you do a mission with phil bell there chase along rooftops) and listen for the screams of what is thougt to be a ghost, try to find te source of the scream to :) good luck

Kudos to the OP for trying this, it is definitely a different approach to enjoying the game, even if the stuff doesn't exist in the end.

Unfortunately I can't join in on the team because I returned GTA4 two weeks after I bought it,due to its suckness, imo.

what im trying to do is get that 1st bit of real evidience on the internet, gta vice citys easter egg( literally an easter egg lol ) was rumored to be fake until all evidene with locations, videos and photos of the egg the people found it for themselves turning it into an actual fact that it was located inside of the game. im trying to do that for gta IV ^^.

the ghost in the sprunk factory is real, just walk in their and you hear screams without a source or the source is an invisible ghost? the trick is to walk around till the screams get louder, once i got so close to the scream i fired my rpg and the scream came from the other side of the room lol.

ratman is the biggest myth there are pictures of a man who looks like a rat but because people dont know what he looks like it cant be confiremd as a ratman others say hes screams im ratman and runs faster than a motor bike lol

also lola del rio is quite big, she is the girl in loading screen sucking lolley pops, if she wasnt in loading screen and on police records she wouldnt be in the game, but because she is, there would be no point designing a character your not going to add in the game ! lol
