ok, i was tlking about video games to someone the other day, i was talking about gta4. my mom told me that i couldnt get gta4 cuz it was rated M, that makes no sense bcuz all most all of my other games are rated M! yea, im buying it anyway

My mom told me I couldn't get Vice City (didn't have a PS2 when GTA3 came out) So I kept asking and she'd never let me, then one day we were at Walmart and I saw GTA3 was only $30 so I bought it...when she found out she was pretty mad but I told her that if she notices any difference in my behaviour then she could take it away and not have to give me my money back. She agreed to that and BIG SURPRISE I still have GTA3, and have since gotten Vice City and San Andreas :P
Its good to see parents actually doing their job now a days. GTA is a game for Mature Adults and not 12 year olds and if more parents did that Jack Thomson wouldn't be on GTA's ass all the time.Â

As long as the children are mature enough to know video game from reality, I wouldnt see the problem in even a 10 year old playing the game as long as he knew game from reality.
